FIRST FLOOR BALLROOM

BANQUET
Ideal for large celebrations or
meetings that call for seated dining
This first floor space features over 8,600 square feet of flexible event space with 23-foot ceilings. Ballrooms A, B, and C can be used individually or combined into one large space, accommodating up to 672 guests in banquet seating.
EXHIBITION BOOTHS
Ideal for trade shows, vendor fairs, and expos
This first-floor exhibition hall offers 8,687 square feet of open space with 23-foot ceilings. The layout accommodates up to 48 booths — including 30 10’x10′ booths and 18 8’x10′ booths.
THEATER
Ideal for clear sightlines, stage setups,
and audio/visual presentations
Theater-style seating for up to 360 guests per ballroom. Ballrooms A, B, and C each provide nearly 2,900 square feet of space with 23-foot ceilings.
CLASSROOM
Ideal as a learning environment
Flexible classroom-style seating for up to 540 attendees in the full ballroom space. Can be configured for smaller sessions, with capacities ranging from 50 to 180 depending on the space. All rooms feature 23-foot ceilings and built-in A/V support.
HOLLOW SQUARE
Ideal for collaborative meetings and discussions
This setup accommodates up to 108 guests per ballroom. Ballrooms A, B, and C each offer nearly 2,900 square feet of space with 23-foot ceilings, providing an open and comfortable environment.
U-SHAPED
Ideal for presentations with
discussion or leadership meetings
The U-shaped setup seats up to 90 guests per ballroom. Each space offers nearly 2,900 square feet and soaring 23-foot ceilings, allowing for a spacious, functional layout that encourages engagement and visibility.

BANQUET
Ideal for smaller receptions,
luncheons, or breakout dining spaces
Versatile meeting rooms that can be configured for banquet-style seating. Combined, these spaces provide more than 3,700 square feet of event space, ideal for seated meals in a more intimate or segmented setting. With room capacities ranging from 32 to 70 guests, these areas are perfect for smaller celebrations, private dinners, or secondary dining during larger events.
THEATER
Ideal for presentations, trainings, and breakout sessions
A variety of meeting rooms that can be arranged in theater-style seating, with capacities ranging from 32 to 94 guests per room. These flexible spaces are perfect for smaller-scale presentations, workshops, or concurrent sessions during larger conferences. Combined, the rooms offer over 3,700 square feet of total space.
CLASSROOM
Ideal as a focused learning environment for small groups
Multiple meeting rooms well-suited for classroom-style setups, with individual room capacities ranging from 14 to 50 and a combined total capacity of 188 across all six rooms. All rooms offer comfortable layouts with ceiling heights between 8 and 9 feet and built-in A/V capabilities.
HOLLOW SQUARE
Ideal for collaborative meetings and discussions
Six meeting rooms that can be arranged in hollow square style, with individual capacities ranging from 18 to 36 guests. Together, the rooms accommodate up to 146 attendees across 3,600+ square feet of flexible space — perfect for team-focused sessions, board meetings, or breakout collaboration areas.
U-SHAPED
Ideal for presentations with
discussion or leadership meetings
Flexible meeting spaces with individual room capacities ranging from 18 to 38 guests. Together, the six rooms offer space for up to 130 participants, creating an ideal environment for leadership meetings, training sessions, or interactive presentations in a more intimate setting.
